The company thrived with the various finishes and trim offered on its furniture. Yet it seemed like a dynamic element was missing. After numerous inquiries from existing customers, Marcie proposed adding hand painted artwork to the already existing line of finishes. With this in mind David Hansel was appointed head of the Art Department in August of 2000. This addition led to more finish options and expanded possibilities with artwork. It is this original artwork that Marshall and Marcie feel gives their business an edge. “Our customers have the advantage of choosing from a wide variety of original artwork, which is delivered to them in a timely fashion.”

“Good quality and good service.” These are the principles Marshall and Marcie Jordan founded American Heritage Furniture on. Since then the company name has become synonymous with quality workmanship that exceeds customer expectations. Today, the Jordan’s dream while realized continues to grow and surpass itself each year. American Heritage Furniture is now housed in a 60,000 square foot factory where quality and customer satisfaction always win out. Marshall attributes their success to two things, their customers and his parents.

As we continue to keep American Heritage a leader in its industry, we look forward to serving our present customers and our future ones in the years to come. << • Previous
